Returns and Exchanges Policy
At VERONICSAA, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make an exchange or return, we are here to help.
Conditions for exchanges and returns
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.
- The products must be in their original condition, unused, with labels and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns of personalized or sale products, unless they have a factory defect.
- Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Handmade piece: up to 3 months warranty (only with all the pieces of the jewel and its storage bag). Good condition.
Process to request an exchange or return
- Contact us: Write to us at info@veronicsaa.com with your order number, the reason for the return and photos of the product if applicable.
- Wait for our response: We will evaluate your request and respond within 5 business days with the steps to follow.
- Send the product: Once the request is approved, we will indicate the address to which you must send it.
- Reception and validation: Upon receiving the product, we will verify its condition and proceed with the exchange or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from validation of the returned product.
- The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase.
- In the case of card payments, the bank may take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account.
